Since switching to our MWF, service life has now been extended to over two years, and both the soap scum and odour problems have been completely resolved.

Oemeta’s metalworking fluid easily met requirements such as tight tolerances, small batch sizes and high-quality surface finishes. Staining was prevented and significant time savings were achieved thanks to an optimised cleaning process.

Following a successful trial of our Novament 760 in one of their machines, the service life of the MWF increased by over 70%. Regular maintenance carried out by us also led to significant savings in terms of both the cost of the coolant and its disposal.
