Customised fluid management for stable processes and long service life

Oemeta supports you in the selection, monitoring and maintenance of your metalworking fluids and process media – from individual analyses right through to comprehensive support. Through regular checks, targeted maintenance measures and reliable documentation, deviations can be identified at an early stage and processes kept stable in the long term.

This enables you to reduce the workload on your staff, avoid unnecessary downtime, cut costs and extend the service life of tools and media.

Following a joint assessment of your current situation, we will develop a service concept tailored to your manufacturing processes and requirements. You decide which services you require: from individual tasks relating to maintenance, analysis and documentation right through to comprehensive fluid management.

We monitor and maintain your metalworking fluids, oils and process media directly whilst your plant is in operation. This includes regular measurements in accordance with TRGS 611 and DGUV Rule 109-003, as well as the monitoring of key operating parameters.

We also handle filtration, surface extraction and the maintenance of filter systems. Measurement values, product data and top-up quantities are reliably documented, ensuring that any deviations can be identified at an early stage.

To carry out a detailed assessment, we take fluid samples and analyse them in our laboratory according to pre-agreed parameters. Where necessary, we supplement the investigation with specific additional analyses.

The results are documented and interpreted by our experts. On this basis, we recommend appropriate measures for the maintenance and stabilisation of the media in use.

If it is time to change the oils or metalworking fluids, we will carry out the necessary work for you. The existing fluids are drained from the systems, the equipment is cleaned and then refilled in accordance with best practice. In this way, we ensure that the new process fluid can be used reliably.

We thoroughly remove deposits and contaminants and prepare the system perfectly for refilling.

This includes, amongst other things:

Cleaning of tanks and the interiors of machinery
High-pressure cleaning of tanks and chip conveyors
Final corrosion protection

On request, we can also take on organisational tasks relating to your metalworking fluids and process media. This includes, in particular, stock and warehouse management. This enables us to ensure that the required products are kept in stock as and when needed and to organise the supply chain for your production processes reliably.

We also support you with the proper disposal of used media as part of the agreed service package.
