OEMETOL 610 GT/A is a high-performance cutting and grinding oil designed for precision machining in metalworking. With a viscosity of 11 mm²/s, it offers the ideal balance between lubrication and cooling, making it highly effective for drilling, turning, milling, deep drilling, grinding, and threading. Its carefully selected EP and AW additives ensure outstanding lubrication, extended tool life, and consistently high productivity.

This metalworking fluid is formaldehyde-free, biocide-free, and boron-free, while also being free from organic nitrogen, heavy metals, zinc, chlorine compounds, and silicone oils. OEMETOL 610 GT/A is particularly suited for demanding applications such as high-performance grinding and is proven for use with steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. A very high flash point, low evaporation loss, and excellent foam control emphasize its process reliability.
