By switching to our KSS, the service life has now been extended to over 2 years and both the soap and odor problems have been completely solved. 

With the cooling lubricant from Oemeta, the requirements such as tight tolerances, small batches and high-quality surface finishes were mastered without any problems. Staining was avoided and a considerable amount of time was saved thanks to the optimized cleaning process.

After a successful test in one of their machines with our Novamet 760, the service life of the metalworking fluid increased by over 70%. Regular maintenance work by us also led to considerable savings in the cost of metalworking fluid and its disposal.
