Requirements

Individual developments with our customers

The technological and regulatory requirements of the medical industry are exceptionally high, as the manufactured parts are intended to remain in the body for up to several years, depending on the application. A wide range of materials, some of which are new, are used for this purpose and their processing can be extremely complex. Oemeta offers exactly the right solutions for these requirements.

Documentation

Documentation on metal working fluid parameters

Auditing in medical technology is very extensive. Oemeta provides support here with customer-specific data documentation on all metal working fluid parameters that are necessary for compliance with the documentation obligation in accordance with ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management System). This also includes the data of the Oemeta product portfolio, which is qualified as "non-cytotoxic" according to DIN-EN 10993-5.

Industry-specific product portfolio

The product portfolio developed for medical technology includes oil-free and oil-based products as well as cleaners. This covers the entire process chain for metal, glass and ceramic machining. The cost-effectiveness of Oemeta metalworking fluids is guaranteed by reduced tool and operating costs or reduced downtimes. The focus is on continuous and holistic process optimization and stabilization.

Oemeta is committed to sustainability

Oemeta also pays great attention to the topic of sustainability. Oemeta divides all aspects of sustainability into three dimensions (ecological, economic and social) and bases its implementation on the 17 UN goals. Of course, it is not possible to move towards all goals in the application of process materials, but only towards individual goals that can be addressed in particular. Oemeta pursues a concept for creating the CCF (Company Carbon Footprint). This gives rise to further sustainability goals that are reflected in Oemeta's strategy.
