Successful partnership with IBAK
Since 2006, we at Oemeta have been very proud of our successful partnership with IBAK, a leading company in the development and production of high-quality sewer inspection and rehabilitation solutions.
Currently 28 IBAK machines are equipped with our coolants. This number is a strong testimony to the quality of our products and the trust that IBAK has placed in us for many years. Our metalworking fluids enable the efficient machining of workpieces made of materials such as brass (MS 58), aluminum (AlMgSi1) and stainless steel.
We look forward to working closely with IBAK in the future and achieving new successes together.
The start of our collaboration
IBAK was facing challenges with its cooling lubricants with a six-week service life and unpleasant odours developing around three to four weeks. Another issue was green deposits caused by dissolving copper, negatively impacting the efficiency of IBAK's processes.
This situation made it necessary to improve the fluids being used to optimise the operating processes and extend the service life.
Our solution: NOVAMET 760
Our collaboration began with our ALUMET Al 900, which completely solved a soap problem and extended the service life of the cooling lubricants from six weeks to over a year. In addition, the unpleasant smells were prevented.
In 2016, we introduced the further developed NOVAMET 760, which extended the service life to over two years and significantly reduced the green deposits caused by the dissolving copper. NOVAMET 760 impresses with its outstanding material compatibility and is particularly suitable for machining sensitive materials. The product is characterised by its high performance in a wide range of applications, and low consumption, making it the ideal solution for demanding machining processes.
