OEMETOL 600 HC is a cutting and grinding oil that optimally combines precision, process reliability, and sustainability. With a low viscosity of 9.2 mm²/s and EP additives, it ensures excellent chip and heat transfer, thus supporting stable manufacturing processes in drilling, turning, milling, and grinding. Free of heavy metals, zinc, and chlorine compounds, it offers a user-friendly, modern formulation for machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum, gray cast iron, and magnesium. Its high pressure absorption capacity and excellent lubricating performance significantly extend tool life and increase productivity. Low evaporation loss (Noack value at 150 °C: 3.9%) and its odorless and low-mist properties make it particularly pleasant for both the user and the company. In addition, it features excellent foaming behavior, which ensures consistent process reliability.
