Description

The minimum quantity lubricant MICROTOL FA 30/E stands for maximum process reliability and efficiency in minimum quantity lubrication. With its formaldehyde-free, boron-free, mineral oil-free, and biocide-free formulation, it combines sustainability with technical performance. Thanks to its excellent spray behavior, very good wetting properties, and optimal residue behavior, MICROTOL FA 30/E excels in all relevant applications.

It is suitable for drilling, turning, milling, and thread cutting, as well as for forming processes such as deep drawing and bending. The lubricant is suitable for all metallic materials – including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, gray cast iron, titanium, glass, and yellow metals – and offers high lubrication and cooling performance. MICROTOL FA 30/E is compatible with common single-channel and dual-channel spray systems, making it particularly easy to integrate into existing production environments.
