Free of organic nitrogen, heavy metals, zinc, and chlorine compounds, the cutting and grinding oil OEMETOL 620 GT stands for maximum user-friendliness and sustainable process reliability. With a viscosity of 22 mm²/s and EP additives, it is versatile in use – from drilling and turning to milling, grinding, and threading. It is ideal for machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and gray cast iron. Its excellent lubricating performance extends tool life and noticeably increases productivity. The very high flash point, low evaporation loss (Noack value at 250 °C: 21.5%), and excellent foaming behavior guarantee safe and stable processes. In addition, it is odorless, low-mist, and tested for non-cytotoxicity according to EN ISO 10993-5:2009. Since the oil is also GHS/CLP-exempt, it significantly simplifies handling in daily operations.
