HYCUT ET 46/EP + ADDITIV ET/F is a two-component metalworking fluid that combines top performance with sustainability through its formaldehyde-free, mineral oil-free, and EP-additivated formulation. Free from heavy metals, zinc, chlorinated compounds, silicone, and bactericides, it ensures modern process reliability in machining.
Its wide application range covers drilling, turning, milling, honing, broaching, deep drilling, reaming, grinding, and thread cutting. Especially suited for demanding forming operations such as bending, stamping, deep drawing, and profile rolling, it provides outstanding versatility. Designed for steel, stainless steel, and gray cast iron, it offers excellent lubrication that extends tool life and increases productivity.
