Our annual General Manager Meeting took place in April—a key event that holds special significance for fostering personal exchange within our international Oemeta Group. Once a year, managing directors and representatives from our global locations come together to discuss current developments, share regional perspectives, and further develop common strategic priorities.
This year’s venue was Hamburg—in close proximity to our headquarters in northern Germany. Colleagues from Europe, North America, and Asia gathered to engage in in-depth discussions about the demands of their markets, Oemeta’s future global direction, and collaboration among subsidiaries.
The focus of the meeting days included cross-border projects, new approaches to marketing and product communication, and the question of how we can leverage our international network even more effectively. The discussions were characterized by openness, concrete ideas, and the shared goal of further strengthening Oemeta’s global position.
In addition to the substantive topics, there was also ample opportunity for interactions outside the agenda. During a joint sightseeing tour around the Port of Hamburg, participants were able to experience the city from a unique perspective, deepen their discussions, and further strengthen their bonds across continents.
The 2026 General Manager Meeting once again demonstrated how valuable direct exchange within our international group is. Diverse market perspectives, shared goals, and a strong sense of community form an important foundation for our continued success.
