After conducting a joint assessment, we develop a service concept tailored to your manufacturing processes and requirements. You decide which services you need: from individual tasks related to maintenance, analysis, and documentation to comprehensive fluid management.

We monitor and maintain your metalworking fluids, oils, and process media directly during operation. This includes regular measurements in accordance with TRGS 611 and DGUV Rule 109-003, as well as the monitoring of key operating parameters.

We also handle filtration, surface extraction, and the maintenance of filter systems. Measurement values, product data, and replenishment quantities are reliably documented so that deviations can be detected early on.

For a detailed assessment, we collect fluid samples and analyze them in our laboratory according to previously agreed-upon parameters. If necessary, we supplement the examination with specialized additional analyses.

The results are documented and interpreted by our experts. Based on this, we recommend appropriate measures for the maintenance and stabilization of the media in use.

If it’s time to change the oils or metalworking fluids, we’ll take care of the necessary work for you. We’ll remove the existing fluids from the systems, clean the equipment, and then refill them properly. This ensures the new process fluid can be used reliably.

We thoroughly remove deposits and contaminants and optimally prepare the system for refilling.

This includes, among other things:
