OEMETOL 710 Y

OEMETOL 710 Y is a modern cutting and grinding oil that delivers a balanced combination of lubrication performance, process reliability, and sustainability. With a viscosity of 15 mm²/s and an EP-additivated formulation free of formaldehyde, biocides, and boron, it provides ideal conditions for demanding machining operations. It is also free of organic nitrogen, heavy metals, zinc, chlorinated compounds, and silicone oils (PDMS), ensuring a future-oriented production solution.

OEMETOL 710 Y demonstrates its strengths across a wide range of applications, including drilling, turning, milling, deep hole drilling, reaming, grinding, and threading. Selected EP and AW additives deliver excellent lubrication, resulting in long tool life and high productivity. Very good foam control, low evaporation loss, and outstanding rinsing and chip-carrying capacity ensure clean workpieces and stable processes. Its very high flash point further emphasizes operational safety.
