Oemeta offers high quality products by Dosatron for dosing and proportional mixing of coolants in the case of new filling and top-up with water. Installed directly in the water supply line, the Dosatron proportional dispenser operates by using water pressure as its sole power source. In this way, the cooling lubricant concentrate is drawn in, dosed to the desired percentage and mixed with the water. The ready-to-use emulsion then runs through the Dosatron and on into the machine. The use of the proportional dispenser ensures a constant mixing ratio of the fresh emulsion. Oemeta offers a wide range of Dosatron devices to suit the various areas of application. Oil skimmers remove floating tramp oils and contaminants from cooling lubricants and other liquids. Oemeta offers a selection of oil skimmers (band skimmers and tube skimmers) to meet a wide range of requirements. We’ll be more than happy to advise you on the selection of the right oil skimmer.

Hand refractometers are used for fast and accurate determination of the concentration of cooling lubricant emulsions. The refractive index of a specific liquid is determined by means of optical measurement using the refractometer.
