  • Avoidance of conflicts of interest
We respect the personal interests of our employees and colleagues. At the same time, we attach importance to avoiding conflicts between private and business interests, or even the appearance thereof. We make our decisions solely on the basis of criteria and do not allow ourselves to be influenced by personal interests and relationships. I.e., in the case of a potential conflict of interest, the employee informs his or her superior or Human Resources. Together, solutions are sought that do not affect the interests of the company. Example: Your superior asks you to review quotes from several suppliers for raw materials. You discover that one of the most favourable offers comes from the company of a good friend. In this case, inform your supervisor of the situation and withdraw from the decision-making process to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest
