New Safety Data Sheets for an improved overview

Europe’s new chemical legislation REACh also brings into force new regulations for the preparation of safety data sheets. In addition to some formal changes (chapter sequence and headings) the safety data sheets will play an even more important role in the future in the communication alongside the supply chain.

Oemeta has taken these changed requirements as a reason to provide the customers with a new generation of safety data sheets, for which we have introduced modern software. This allows safety data sheets to be compiled so that they are still valid in the future. Colour symbols offer you a faster overview of dangers and safety measures.

The chemical classification and marking of products is also checked and secured via an database. Extensive information on the topics “first aid measures” and “possible risks” are standard. As further references we indicate literature citations with information relevant to coolants such as BGR 143, TRGS 611 and international guidelines.

The new safety data sheets from Oemeta meet the latest legal requirements of REACh and are consistently adapted to the current process. They represent for you, as a user of our coolant, an important tool for their risk assessments or operating instructions.
