HYCUT® is a two-component water-miscible system with a broad application area that allows independent control of the lubrication and the additional features (such as bio-static parameters, corrosion protection and flushing properties). Utilising this technology the coolant can easily be adapted to suit a wide variation of application requirements. Independent adjustment of the two components enables constant optimised properties of the emulsion throughout its long service life.
HYCUT® water-miscible cutting fluids are suitable for use with various water qualities and are non-foaming even at low water hardness. They have excellent flushing properties resulting in cleaner components, tooling and machine tools. The high washing action allows good run off ensuring the products are economical in use.
